Forza will get a translucent, colorful controller for Xbox Series X

Microsoft unveiled a new Xbox Series X / Xbox S controller in celebration of Forza Horizon 5. at its Gamescom 2021 Xbox stream. The controller’s main color is translucent yellow. However, it has accent colors of blue and pink, including “paint spots” across the front, buttons with blue letters, and control sticks. Black grips are also available that appear to have a rubberized texture. This is in contrast to the rough surface of other Series X controllers.

It costs $74.99 and is $15 more than the standard controller’s $59.99. However, it comes with Forza Horizon 5DLC. It is available for pre-order now from Microsoft’s online shop. It will be available the same day that Forza Horizon 5 is on November 9th.

Microsoft also shared a thrilling trailer showing off the first eight minutes of the game, including several cars dropping out of planes.

Microsoft had introduced several new colors to the Series X / S controllers since its launch last year. These include a bright blue, a bright yellow, and controllers inspired by Space Jam: A New Legacy. And if none of the currently available controllers is your style, you can design your custom controller with the newly reopened Xbox Design Lab.
